About Me
This made me passionate about offering therapy to others.
I have worked in forensics alongside the Police for over 20 years, so I have an understanding of the stresses and what front line and emergency services undertake on a daily basis. Part of the job was making connections with people, skills I have carried into my therapy work.
We have many beliefs, feelings and emotions that can hinder the way we cope with day to day life, talking about these can help empower your sense of self.
I have fibromyalgia, I understand the pain this can cause, coming to terms with life changes and how to deal with them.
I am a lover of nature and the seasons, being creative and crafting for that bit of me time. I like to integrate creative therapies into sessions if the client is interested and willing.
I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and the National Hypnotherapy Society (NHS).
